Enable two-factor authentication

Enabling two-factor authentication enhances account security by requiring additional credentials in addition to your password when logging in.
STEP 1. Access the two-factor authentication settings screen.
- Click " Account Settings ".
- Clicking " Security " will display the two-factor authentication settings screen.
- Clicking "Enable" in the bottom right corner will start the process.
STEP 2. Enter your password
Enter the password for the account you use to log in.

STEP 3. Install the authentication app.
Install the authentication app on the device you will use for authentication.
A representative authentication app is "Google Authenticator."
Besides Google Authenticator, any app that uses TOTP (Time-Based One-Time Password) for two-factor authentication can be used. Representative apps are listed below.
STEP 4. Scan the QR code with the authentication app.
- Scan the QR code with your authentication app.

- Your account will be added to the authentication app, and a 6-digit one-time password will be displayed.
If the authentication app cannot read the QR code
- Hover your mouse over "If scanning is not possible".
- You will manually enter your "account name" and "key" into the authentication app.
- Your account will be added to the authentication app, and a 6-digit one-time password will be displayed.
STEP 5. Enter the one-time password.
Enter the 6-digit one-time password displayed in the authentication app to enable two-factor authentication, and a completion screen will be displayed.

Please keep your backup code.
If you are unable to log in using the authentication app, you can use this backup code to log in. Please keep it in a safe place in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Backup codes can be downloaded or printed.
