If your email address has not been verified, a message prompting you to verify it will appear on your dashboard.
If you haven't verified your registered email address, you won't be able to view the dashboard graphs or daily reports.
Verify your email address
- Open " Account " in "Account Settings".
- Click "Resend confirmation email".
- Open the email you received and click "Verify email address (no login required)".
If you do not receive an email
If you do not receive a confirmation email, the following possibilities should be considered:
- The email address registered with SocialDog is incorrect.
- Emails from confirm_email@social-dog.net are blocked from being received.
- It's in your spam folder.
