I can't link my X (Twitter) account because it says, "This SNS account is linked to another team."

If you see the following message, "This SNS account is linked to another team," you will need to unlink the other team's X (Twitter) account.

If you can find out which team is linked to your X (Twitter) account

1. If you are currently logged into SocialDog with another account, please log out of SocialDog first.

2. Log in to SocialDog as the administrator account for the team linked to your X (Twitter) account.

3. Once you log in, you will need to unlink your X (Twitter) account .

4. Logging out of SocialDog.

5. Log in with your current SocialDog account.

6. We will now connect to X (Twitter) .

If you don't know which team your X (Twitter) account is linked to

Please contact support with the name of the X (Twitter) account (@xxxx) you wish to link.
