If you see the message "Loading failed. Please refresh the screen" in SocialDog, please check the following:

• Try Chrome's Incognito window.

• Try a different browser.

If you can open the website in an incognito window but not in a regular window, an extension might be the cause. Please disable any extensions and try again.
