The " Bulk Import " function allows you to upload a CSV file and add posts to scheduled posts or drafts in bulk.
You can schedule posts, either text-only or containing media (images or videos), up to 18 months in advance.
The "Bulk Import" function allows you to create up to 500 posts per upload.
Create a CSV file to use for bulk import.
For instructions on creating a CSV file for bulk import, please refer to the instructions on how to create a CSV file for bulk reservations from Excel .
Upload a CSV file and perform a bulk import.
- Click " Bulk Import ".
- Select the social media account you want to post to.
- Select the CSV file.
- To create a scheduled post, click "Review Post Details". To create a draft, check "Save as Draft" and then click "Review Post Details".
- We will check the posting date and time, the social media account to which it was posted, and the content of the post.
- Click "Import in Bulk" or, if you want to save them as drafts, click "Convert to Draft in Bulk".
