For X (Twitter) accounts with a large number of followers, some features may not be available.

If you have more than 3,000 followers

• The pie chart displayed on the " Followers " analysis screen within the "Analysis" function shows sampled results, not data from all followers.

If you have more than 30,000 followers

• The number of fans displayed in the sidebar to the left of " Followers " in the PC and smartphone browser versions may not be shown.

• The number of recommended actions is not displayed in the "Recommended Actions" section of the " Dashboard " on both the PC and smartphone browser versions.

If you have more than 50,000 followers

• Due to restrictions imposed by Twitter, the amount of data that can be downloaded via CSV download is limited to a maximum of 50,000 entries per day. Therefore, if your follower count exceeds 50,000, you will not be able to download data beyond the 50,001st entry.

If you have more than 100,000 followers

• On the " Followers " screen, sorting options other than "Newest First" and "Oldest First" are not available.
