If scheduled posts or reposts (retweets) do not occur at the set time, it may be due to an incorrect time zone setting or a technical issue.
Please follow these steps to verify.
STEP 1. Check and change your time zone settings.
- Access the team settings .
- Check that the "Time Zone" is set to your current time zone. To set it to Japan Standard Time, set it to (GMT+09:00) Asia/Tokyo.
- Click "Save".
STEP 2. Check for fault information
- You can check for SocialDog service outage information on SocialDog Status .
- Please check for information regarding the outage of X (Twitter) yourself.
