Managing multiple accounts

SocialDog allows you to link multiple social media accounts.

The number of accounts you can link varies depending on your plan.

To learn how to increase the number of linked social media accounts, please see the section on increasing the limit on the number of linked social media accounts .

Link multiple accounts

  1. Open " SNS Accounts ".
  1. Click "Add SNS account".
  1. The login screen for your X (Twitter) account will appear. Enter the account information you want to link and log in.
  1. Once you log in, adding the linked account will be complete.
    1. You can switch accounts by clicking on the account name displayed in the upper left corner.

How to delete linked accounts

  1. Open " SNS Accounts ".
  1. A list of linked accounts will be displayed.
  1. Click "Delete" from the "..." next to the account you want to delete.

Even if you delete (unlink) a linked account, if you link it again, you will be able to view the data acquired during the period it was linked.

Regarding management by multiple users

If you have an Enterprise/Business plan, multiple people can manage your social media accounts.

You can also change the members managed by each team. For more information about teams, please see"What is a Team? ".

For information on how to invite multiple users to manage an account and how invited users should operate it, please refer to "Inviting other users to your team (managing an SNS account with multiple people) ."

You can set roles (permissions) for the members you manage. For instructions on how to do this, please refer to "Setting roles for team members (administrator/regular user)" .
