Regarding refunds
SocialDog does not offer refunds or reimbursements for payments already made, even if you have subscribed to the wrong plan or contract period (annual or monthly), or if you have forgotten to cancel your subscription.
Please be aware of this in advance.
When changing your plan, please carefully check the information displayed on the screen.
Are SocialDog's paid services subject to a cooling-off period?
SocialDog's paid services do not offer a cooling-off period.
SocialDog's paid services are not mandatory. Please read the explanation carefully when registering for a paid service, and make sure that the registration details are correct before applying.
Regarding settlement
When switching from one paid plan to another, the fee will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. Any unused portion of the fee will be applied to future billing. In this case, however, we do not offer any refunds or reimbursements for fees already paid.
If you switch from a paid plan to a free plan, no charges will be processed.
