Improvements and bug fixes

• For paid plans, we have made changes so that data updates, such as dashboards and analytics data, will not stop if the email address is not verified.
  • It is not possible to recover data from the period when data updates were suspended. We appreciate your understanding.

  • After data updates resume, all data from the downtime will be reflected at once.

Improvements and bug fixes

• Personal and Professional plans now retrieve posts from sources other than SocialDog. These metrics will now be displayed on your dashboard.

• We've improved the X (Twitter) platform to automatically split images into five or more when creating a post.

New features

• We've added a simple filter to the "Applicant List Display" feature in the campaign section.
  • The "Exclude Sweepstakes Accounts (Beta)" filter allows you to exclude users whose profiles contain the word "sweepstakes".

  • The "Follower Count Minimum (Beta)" filter allows you to exclude users with a specified number of followers or less.

New features

• We've added a grid view (card format) to the post performance feature. This makes it easier to view images compared to the list view.

Improvements and bug fixes

• In the "Post History" and "Calendar" sections of multi-posts, the following posts are now displayed in addition to the posts made via multi-posting:
  • Posts (traditional)

  • Posts that were not posted from SocialDog but are displayed in posting performance, etc.

• In the "Post History" section for multi-posts, posts made from outside SocialDog will now be labeled "Retrieved from X (Twitter)".

• We've increased the amount of data that can be retrieved when linking your Instagram account to up to two years.

Improvements and bug fixes

• The display of the number of wins and entries in the campaign feature has been corrected as follows:
  • Number of wins (Winner list screen / Candidate list screen)
    • Before correction: Number of wins across all campaigns on SocialDog (including those created by other teams)

    • Corrected: Number of wins across all campaigns for the team currently in operation.

  • Number of applications (Applicant list screen, Winner list screen, Candidate list screen)
    • Before correction: Number of entries for all campaigns on SocialDog (including those created by other teams)

    • Revised: Number of entries across all campaigns for the team currently in operation.

Improvements and bug fixes

• In the "Post History" and "Calendar" screens for multi-posts, the following posts are now displayed in addition to the posts made via multi-posting:
  • Posts (traditional)

  • Posts submitted from sources other than SocialDog

• We've added a search function to the "Scheduled Posts / Drafts / Post History" sections of multi-posts.

• We've added a feature to save your search history in the post progression. You can now quickly check your frequently searched keywords.

• We've increased the display size of the "Create Post" button in the multi-posting feature.

• We've added metrics for the number of posts, net increase in following, and net increase in followers to the posting performance graph.

New features

• We've added "Follower Attributes" to our Instagram analytics feature.
  • You can view data such as age, gender, country, and city/town. For more details, please see Follower Attributes .

Improvements and bug fixes

• The SNS account selection function for the multi-post feature has been changed from a checkbox to a single selection option. This makes it easier to see which SNS account is selected, preventing users from selecting the wrong account.

• We have improved the accuracy of the date and day of the week combination in the writing assist AI function.

Improvements and bug fixes

• We've added the "Duplicate Post" and "Delete Post" functions to the post list and post details in the post performance feature. You can now use your best-performing posts to improve the creation of your next posts.
