User review trends (beta version)

" Word-of-mouth trend (beta version) " (formerly "Number of posts trend") is a feature that allows you to check the trend in the number of posts on X (Twitter) that contain a keyword.

You can view the trend in the number of posts containing your specified keywords by hour, day, week, and month. You can also specify the date range for viewing the trend, allowing you to check the number of posts from more than a year ago.

  • Available only with Business/Enterprise plans.

Check the trend in the number of posts.

  1. Click "Analysis," then click " Customer Reviews Trend ."
  1. Search using the keyword whose post count trend you want to check. The trend in the number of posts for the entered keyword will be displayed in a graph.

Change the analysis period and aggregation period.

In "Customer Reviews Trends," you can change the analysis period and aggregation interval.

You can select a date range starting from March 21, 2006.

You can select the aggregation interval as "hourly," "daily," "weekly," or "monthly." The average number of posts will be displayed based on the selected aggregation interval (if you select "weekly," the number of posts per week will be displayed below the total number of posts).

  1. Click "Analysis," then click " Customer Reviews Trend ."
  1. Search using the keyword whose number of posts you want to track.
  1. Select the aggregation interval from "Hour," "Day," "Week," or "Month" in the upper right corner of the screen.
  1. By changing the date, you can change the analysis period.

Search for posts on X (Twitter)

While content posted during the specified period cannot be viewed on SocialDog, you can use the entered keywords to open the search screen on X (Twitter).

  1. Click "Analysis," then click " Customer Reviews Trend ."
  1. Search using the keyword whose number of posts you want to track.
  1. Click the "..." button on the far right of the box displaying the keywords and the number of posts.
  1. Click "Search on X (Twitter)". A search screen will open with the entered keyword and the "since:" and "until:" operators added.

Download the graph data as a CSV file.

  1. Click "Analysis," then click " Customer Reviews Trend ."
  1. Search using the keyword whose number of posts you want to track.
  1. Click "CSV Download" in the upper right corner of the graph.
