If you have any problems or requests while using SocialDog, please feel free to contact us via the support form . We also accept inquiries regarding the following topics:

  • Consultation regarding data acquisition
    • Retrieving past data prior to SocialDog registration
    • Campaign winner selection (we may be able to handle complex selection criteria)
    • Social listening data such as posts and reviews.
  • Suggestions for adding or improving features
    • Feedback such as "I want this feature" or "I want this to be easier to use"
  • Bug Report
    • Request for investigation regarding malfunctions and errors

Regarding support methods and response times
