How to upload media (images and videos) to your media library

If you want to create a post with media using bulk import, you need to upload the media to the " Media Library " beforehand.
By entering the filenames of media uploaded to the " Media Library " into a CSV file, you can add multiple posts with media attached to scheduled posts or drafts in bulk.
How to upload media
- Click " Bulk Import " from the menu.
- Click the "With Media" tab at the top of the explanation of the CSV file format for bulk import.
- Click "Upload Media".
- Drag and drop the image or video you want to upload, or click the "Add Media" button and select the image or video you want to upload.
How to copy media filenames and input them into a CSV file
- On the " Media Library " screen, click the "Copy File Name" icon for the images or videos you want to import in bulk.
- Paste the copied filename into the media column of the CSV file. For more information on how to create a CSV file, please see "How to create a CSV file for bulk reservations from Excel" .
When an error occurs while uploading media
If the file name contains invalid characters, you will not be able to upload it.
Please remove the following characters from the filename and try uploading again.

Uploadable media capacity
You can upload media to the media library without any capacity limits. However, there are capacity limits for media that can actually be scheduled for posting.
