"Teams" is a feature that allows multiple users to jointly manage a social media account.

When you register with SocialDog, a "default team" is created for each user.

The "Teams" feature is the successor to the "Administrator User" feature. Please seethis announcement for information on migrating from the "Administrator User" feature.

Relationship between team, SocialDog account, and SNS account

• A SocialDog account can belong to multiple teams.

• Users belonging to a team (SocialDog account) can manage the SNS accounts linked to that team.

• To invite other users (SocialDog accounts) to your team, your team must be on an Enterprise or Business plan.

You cannot link the same social media account to multiple teams.

About paid plans

When you change your plan to a paid plan, the paid plan subscription will be tied to your team.

If your team is on an Enterprise or Business plan, all users in that team can use the features of the Enterprise or Business plan.

Even if you belong to a team with an Enterprise or Business plan, you cannot use the features of the Enterprise or Business plan in other teams you belong to.
