The "Post Generation" feature automatically creates post text using AI based on past posting data. You can easily create scheduled posts by simply adjusting the generated text as needed.
- This is only available on PC.
- This is a beta feature. Please note that the feature may be changed, suspended, or terminated due to unforeseen circumstances.
Generate post
Enter the content and keywords you want to post, and the AI will generate a draft post based on them. Please check the input examples for specific examples.
- Click "New Post" in the upper right corner of the posting schedule screen.
- Enter the following information in the "Generate Post" section below the preview.
- Accounts to refer to past posts :
- The AI selects a social media account to use as a reference for past posting data. Even if you are posting to multiple accounts, you can only select one account at a time.
- Post summary:
- Please enter the specific content you would like to include in your post and the points you would like to emphasize.
- Purpose of posting (optional):
- Please enter what action you would like people to take or what state you would like them to be in after seeing your post.
- Preferred writing style or points to note (optional):
- Please enter any rules you would like the AI to follow or any expressions you would like it to avoid.

- Click the "Request AI to create" button.
Edit the generated post and schedule it for publication.
- From the generated draft post text, select the text you want to use and click the "Insert" button.
- Edit the content inserted into the text input field.
- Specify the posting date and time, click "▼", and select from the menu that appears: "Schedule Post", "Add to First Reservation Slot", or "Add to Reservation Slot", then click the button corresponding to the desired menu item.

Enter the specific content you want to include in your post and the points you want to emphasize.
Product/Service/Campaign-related information: Product name, price, sales period, overview of new features, how to use the product, campaign details, etc.
- We would like to announce the sale of our winter-only "Fluffy White Bread." It will be available from December 1st to December 15th, and its distinguishing feature is its pure white color, even the crust. We want to emphasize that this is a limited-time offer.
Topics include industry information related to knowledge and know-how , the latest trends, and how-to guides and tips you want to share.
- I'd like to explain how to optimize posting times for social media management. This is aimed at beginners. I want to emphasize that I will be discussing practical tips that can be used immediately.
Event/Announcement: Date and time, location, participation method, application method, seminar/study group theme, etc.
- I'd like to announce a seminar on how to use the post generation function. It will be held online on February 5th at 2:00 PM. I want to emphasize that you will learn practical application methods.
Personal/Everyday topics: Today's events, thoughts, hobbies, lifestyle, etc.
- I want to share what happened at Hakone Onsen, which I visited this past weekend. The view from the open-air bath was beautiful. I want to convey how relaxed and refreshed I felt.

You can specify the rules you want the AI to follow and the expressions you want it to avoid.
The tone and style of speech will be based on past posting data, but you can also specify a tone if you wish to do so.
Rules to follow
- Please summarize it in 140 characters or less.
- Includes emojis
- Line break included
- Please avoid excessive promotional language.
- Please refrain from using sensational or exaggerated language.
- Please avoid using technical jargon and use language that is easy for beginners to understand.
Tone specification
- I want a bright and cheerful atmosphere.
- Not overly formal, but in a natural and casual tone.
- In a calm, business tone
- In a friendly and approachable tone
- In a serious and trustworthy tone

Regarding the past posting data that the AI uses as a reference and the extent to which it is reflected in the text.
The AI analyzes the text of posts from a social media account over the past three months to understand writing trends and characteristics. Based on the analyzed characteristics of writing style, it generates posts that have a style characteristic of that social media account.
Data that AI uses as reference
The AI analyzes the following characteristics of written expression:
- Writing style, tone
- Polite/casual style, tendency in sentence endings, use of emojis and symbols, etc.
- Commonly used vocabulary and expressions
- Trends in the amount of text and sentence length per post
*The analysis will only cover text information included in past posts. Non-text information such as images and videos will not be analyzed.
Notes on use
Regarding the timing of analyzing submitted data
- When generating the first post, the account's past posting data is analyzed.
- * The analysis may take 1-2 minutes.
- Once analyzed, the data is retained for 30 days, and re-analysis is automatically performed every 30 days.
Regarding data handling
- The entered text will be sent to OpenAI, but it will not be used for training purposes.
