If you are unable to log in using two-factor authentication, please try the following:
Log in with your backup code.
You can log in using the backup code you saved when you set up two-factor authentication.
- Access the login screen.
- Enter your email address and password, then click "Login".
- A screen will appear prompting you to enter a one-time password. Click "Use backup code".
- Enter your backup code and click "Authenticate" to log in.
- If necessary, disable two-factor authentication.
- Each backup code can only be used once. Please note that it cannot be used for subsequent logins.
If you cannot log in with your backup code
If you are unable to log in due to a lost backup code or other reasons, you will need to verify your identity.
